The jersey jackets are optional. Just a fun approach.
Also I'll be attending FWA if you like to pick it up from there.

If you do not have any, a brief description works. Provide age, gender, and species.

Digital or Physical Tag
Digital Tag is simply...Digital. For online posting.
You can print and laminate it up to 4"x6".
Physical Tag is printed and laminated by me then mailed out. Also you will get a digital copy.
